網路廣播帶著走 - Podcast
源自「iPod」與「broadcast」兩個字，也就是MP3隨身聽與網路廣播機能的結合。Podcast的主要概念，指的是一種在網際網路上發佈聲音文件並允許用戶訂閱RSS來自動接受新聲音文件的方法。簡單來說，Podcast就是一種「可訂閱、下載及自行發布的網路廣播」。

Mashups
混搭（英語：Mashup）指整合網路上多個資料來源或功能，以創造新服務的網路應用程式。「混搭」一詞源自於流行音樂將兩種不同風格的音樂混合，以產生新的趣味的作法。雖然在古老的HTML 2.0版本中早有混搭的概念（將圖片提供視為一種服務，一個網頁中的文字與圖片可以來自不同的網站，一個圖文並茂的網頁就是一種原始的混搭。），一般還是將混搭視為Web 2.0的特性之一。
